Google has a tool that will automatically adjust your ppc keyword costs, based upon a rule that you create and perform this task either daily, weekly or monthly. The adjustment can be based upon a very large number of things that you create. For instance, you can have a bid on a keyword adjust up or down by a percentage or a dollar amount based upon the previous day’s average position, click through rate, impression share, bounce rate, etc. There are almost no limits to the automated adjustment rules you can create. This helps out quite a bit in maintaining an optimum position or cost in ppc managment. I used to build offline databases to perform this same function.
